Twins

Have you gotten to know Thomas?  You can see him in one of the windows at Grace. This coming Sunday is Thomas Sunday. Read about his Easter encounter with the risen Christ  in the Gospel appointed for the day--John 20:19-31. I like what Frederick Buechner has to say about Thomas in The Faces of Jesus:

"Thomas saw him too, of all the disciples the one who always manages to put his thumb on our hearts, the one from Missouri. He was known as the Twin, John says, and in some sense he is the twin of all of us."
